Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to PubHash™ services, publisher monetization infrastructure, payment operations, traffic-quality standards, and ecosystem compliance requirements.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing PubHash.com, applying for monetization services, creating an account, or using PubHash™ infrastructure, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to publishers, partners, applicants, and all users interacting with the PubHash™ ecosystem.
2. Publisher Eligibility
Content Standards
Publishers must maintain original content, professional user experience, quality editorial standards, and active website maintenance.
Traffic Quality
Managed assets are generally expected to maintain at least 70% organic traffic and a minimum of 100,000 monthly pageviews.
Policy Compliance
Websites must comply with Google Publisher Policies, MCM requirements, GDPR, CCPA, and applicable advertising standards.
Approval Review
Approval is not guaranteed and remains subject to internal review, traffic analysis, policy compliance, and advertiser suitability standards.
3. Publisher Responsibility
Publishers are responsible for maintaining lawful content, accurate website information, clean traffic sources, valid payment details, and compliance with applicable platform, advertiser, and regulatory requirements.
Publishers may be required to disclose primary traffic sources during onboarding, compliance checks, or traffic-quality reviews.
4. Services & Identity Infrastructure
PubHash™ provides publisher monetization services including access to Google AdX, programmatic demand partners, reporting infrastructure, and yield optimization workflows.
PubHash™ may use phID™, PubShield™, and internal quality systems to support publisher verification, audience intelligence, fraud prevention, traffic integrity, and ecosystem trust.
Specific revenue, CPM, EPMV, fill rate, or performance improvements are not guaranteed. Results may vary based on advertiser demand, market conditions, content category, geography, and traffic quality.
5. Payments & Revenue Operations
PubHash™ currently operates on a Net 30 payment cycle. Revenue generated during one billing period is generally paid within the following payment cycle, subject to reporting, verification, and compliance review.
Supported payout methods may include bank transfer, USDT, or other approved payment methods depending on region, verification status, and operational availability.
If invalid traffic, advertiser clawbacks, suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, or policy violations are identified, PubHash™ reserves the right to withhold, adjust, reduce, delay, or cancel payments following internal review.
6. Prohibited Content & Activities
Publishers are strictly prohibited from using PubHash™ services for:
- Invalid traffic, bot traffic, click manipulation, or artificial engagement
- Traffic arbitrage, click farms, proxy abuse, or fraudulent monetization methods
- Forced clicks, deceptive layouts, ad stacking, hidden ads, or misleading navigation
- Malware, spyware, phishing, scams, unauthorized data collection, or malicious code
- Illegal, extremist, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or policy-violating content
Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent removal, payment forfeiture, advertiser reporting, and legal escalation where necessary.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
PubHash™ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts associated with policy violations, invalid traffic, fraudulent monetization activity, advertiser-risk behavior, or ecosystem abuse.
Repeated invalid traffic incidents or intentional traffic manipulation may result in permanent removal from the PubHash™ ecosystem without eligibility for reinstatement.
To protect advertiser trust and ecosystem integrity, certain enforcement actions may occur without prior notice.
8. No Revenue Guarantee
PubHash™ does not guarantee approval, CPM rates, revenue growth, advertiser demand, fill rate, or continuous monetization access.
Publisher performance depends on traffic quality, content category, geography, user engagement, policy compliance, advertiser demand, and market conditions.
